IFINGI is a smart switchboard control app that lets you control lights, fans, appliances and other connected equipment at home from your mobile device.

You can control any device wired to your IFINGI switchboard modules — lights, ceiling fans, geysers, ACs (via smart relays), sockets, and other home appliances that are connected to the system.

Install the IFINGI smart modules into your existing switchboard (by a certified electrician), connect them to your home Wi-Fi or local hub, then add devices in the app using the Add Device wizard.

Security is a priority: IFINGI uses encrypted communication between the app and devices, secure authentication (OTP/password), and role-based access control. Always keep firmware and app updated and use strong passwords on your Wi-Fi network.

Yes — IFINGI can integrate with popular voice assistants (Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa) and can work with compatible home automation hubs. Check the app Integrations screen for supported services and setup instructions.

Yes — create schedules, routines, and automation rules (for example: turn on porch light at sunset, switch off AC at 11 PM, or run morning scene). The app supports recurrence, sunset/sunrise triggers and conditional automations.

Local control (manual switches) always works. IFINGI modules also support local LAN control for many basic operations, but cloud features (remote control from outside your home) require internet access.

IFINGI can show real-time device status and, if your installed module supports it, energy consumption metrics (power, current, daily usage) to help you monitor and reduce energy use.

Go to Settings → Users to invite family members. You can assign roles (admin, user, guest) and set limited permissions for guests (e.g., control lights but not change schedules).

If a device is offline, check power and network connectivity first. For app issues use Help → Troubleshoot in the app, contact support via chat/email, or consult the installer/electrician for hardware checks. Also ensure modules and app firmware are up to date.
